A shining example is his daughter, Darbi Richard, a talented 2025 recruit who earned a spot on the Division 1 Southern University softball team in Baton Rouge. Her commitment to the Jaguars is a testament to Coach Chad’s ability to develop high-caliber players ready for the collegiate stage.

Coach Bri Walker brings a dynamic blend of playing and coaching expertise, underpinned by an unwavering passion for the game. A four-year varsity starter at Mansfield Legacy High School, she distinguished herself by leading the Broncos to top rankings in batting average, stolen bases, and triples. Her elite performance earned her a coveted position at the University of Tulsa, where she competed at the Division 1 level with remarkable skill.
With over 12 years of select softball coaching experience and more than 11 years of private instruction, Coach Bri has empowered athletes at all levels to elevate their game. She specializes in slapping, situational hitting, and short game techniques, offering a sophisticated, modern approach tailored to today’s fast-paced style of play. Her comprehensive understanding, honed through years of competition and mentorship, positions her as a transformative figure in athlete development. Coach Rene Chapa
Coach Chapa brings an impressive 15-year coaching tenure, spanning high school, collegiate, and elite travel ball programs, marked by a proven track record of transforming athletes into high-caliber competitors. As head coach of the Impact Caymol Soliz-Chapa 16U team, he emphasizes technical mastery, strategic acumen, and college recruitment, guiding numerous players to secure collegiate scholarships. His distinguished career includes varsity head coaching positions at 6A and 4A high schools in Texas and New Hampshire, where he consistently drove teams to playoff contention and spearheaded transformative facility upgrades through innovative fundraising initiatives. Renowned for his holistic approach, Coach Chapa excels in cultivating well-rounded players through advanced training in fielding, hitting, and softball IQ.
Previously, as an assistant baseball coach at Colby-Sawyer College (NCAA), he played a pivotal role in player development, recruitment, and operational excellence. His contributions included designing dynamic infield and outfield practices, crafting targeted hitting drills, orchestrating independent training sessions, and managing travel and equipment logistics. Beyond the college level, Coach Chapa led impactful camps and clinics, mentoring coaches and players across the Northeast. His efforts culminated in guiding two athletes to professional Minor League Baseball (MiLB) contracts. A former collegiate and professional player himself, Coach Chapa’s deep expertise and unwavering passion fuel his mission to prepare athletes for success at the highest levels of competition.
Coach Pete Soliz
Coach Soliz mentoring Impact Caymol National Soliz players
Coach Pete Soliz, a USA Level 2 certified coach with over 15 years of coaching experience, is now in his 16th year of leading fastpitch softball teams. Since beginning his coaching journey in 2009, he has amassed over 500 career wins. Initially inspired to coach by his daughter, Celeste Soliz, he started as an assistant coach before taking the helm of her team in his second year. After four seasons, he founded a Texas Force team without his daughter on the roster, showcasing his passion for the sport and commitment to mentoring other athletes. During his three-year tenure, he guided numerous players, many of whom advanced to collegiate play.
Later, Coach Pete founded the Angels Fastpitch Organization to guide his daughter and other athletes through the critical recruiting years (7th–9th grade). Leveraging established relationships, he led the team to a 14U USA (formerly ASA) National Title and secured placements in prestigious tournaments, including the D9 Exposure, PGF Nationals, and Triple Crown Sparkler Power Pools. During this period, Celeste played for both the Angels Fastpitch Organization and the East Cobb Bullets under former Hofstra Coach Bill Edwards and current Impact Caymol leader Teo Caymol, where she committed to play for Pac-12 powerhouse Arizona State under Coach Trisha Ford. Coach Pete’s mentorship has been instrumental in helping over 30 athletes secure collegiate opportunities, collectively earning more than $2 million in scholarships.
After a brief hiatus, Coach Pete returned in 2021 to coach a 12U team, continuing to inspire and lead young athletes. His extensive experience, certification, and unwavering commitment to mentorship now drive the Impact Caymol Soliz program, where he remains a trusted and respected figure in the softball community.
