With over 30 years of combined head coaching experience, our elite staff has navigated the pinnacle of the sport, from the prestigious PGF Premier Nationals to the renowned D9 Exposure in Florida. At the helm is Coach Pete Soliz, a dynamic leader with more than 15 years of coaching expertise. Having propelled over 30 athletes to collegiate programs, Coach Pete embodies the qualities that define champions: hard work, dedication, commitment, and perseverance. His mantra, “Practice like you need one more rep and play like you’ve never lost,” inspires athletes to push beyond their limits and compete with unrelenting confidence.

Joined by a cadre of equally accomplished coaches from the North Texas region, the Impact Caymol National Soliz cohort boasts an unparalleled track record, with over 90 athletes successfully placed in collegiate programs. Our coaching staff is equipped to handle every challenge, ensuring our athletes are prepared for any scenario on and off the field.

As part of the Impact Caymol Organization, led by Teo Caymol, we share a commitment to competition, development, and exposure. With 17 years of competition across PGF, ASA, and USSSA, and over 50 titles, including 27 at regional and national levels, our organization is a proven leader in softball excellence. We provide robust resources through our coaches’ portal, offering extensive tools, and our players’ portal, featuring training videos and workout plans. Internal camps, clinics, monthly open agenda calls for coaches, and quarterly parent newsletters ensure comprehensive support and exposure for all.
